The whole team meets Weekly on Mondays to share updates, connect, and pass along information. The structure to these meetings is as followed:

• 2nd Monday of each month; a wider company update meeting for an hour. Each team presents a bit about what's been happening, cool initiatives, etc. and we hear from the top as well about any company changes coming down the pipeline.
• 3rd Monday of each month; this meeting is one hour, has a small update and then it's off to the races with a fun team game to get everyone engaged. You also get $20 to expense for your corresponding meal on this day!
• Each Monday in between; a quick update is given about the calendar, upcoming holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, new hires, kudos winners, etc.

Each meeting is also accompanied by an anonymous q&a/feedback link for employees to ask their burning questions or share and ideas or feedback they have to be discussed at the end of the meeting!
