Shoelace is very much a product of our employees and we take “employee training" very seriously around here.
The funny thing about investing in employees is that it’s actually really hard to do right. People get busy, managers get distracted and just like going to the gym, it’s often the things you know you should do but don’t have to do that fall by the wayside when you get busy. We decided to address this head on and the members/managers/leadership all drive a lot of focus and dedication to upskilling the Shoelace team as a whole! There are frequent checkins to allow for feedback (both to and from the employee and manager) and we provide opportunities for folks to take courses, attend webinars, get certifications/qualifications to increase their knowledge and abilities.
Shoelace has three dedicated channel leads to help support your growth in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Email Marketing. These three team members are in place to answer questions, provide training, and assist with any issues you come across in your campaigns!
